About the Event

Have you ever thought about landing your dream job? Would you like to improve your Job Interview Skills to feel more confident in the next business interview or self-presentation?  But, how well do you know yourself to do it? And how well do you know what others expect from you?

We welcome you to find out more, using elements of the Self-Directed Search (SDS) that is designed to help people explore better career options. The SDS is based on John Holland’s theory that both people and work environments can be classified according to six basic types. It uses the RIASEC model that measures a personality characteristics, interests, aspirations, and competencies that will guide them to a rewarding career.

What YOU can obtain:

-️ You will know what exactly to say to HR, Hiring Manager, or potential Business Partner

-️ Techniques on how to make a powerful/positive impression by clearly articulating why you’re the best person for this job, project, or partnership

-️ Find out more about your individual aspirations, inclinations, talents, likes/dislikes, favorite activities, competencies, life goals and values

-️ Positioning yourself by conveying your value proposition

-️ Together, we will do interview simulation to advise you on the best way to respond

-️ In the end, you will find out how to receive from Life Vision a Job Interview Manual that you can apply until your retirement

MODERATOR:  Ihor Reznik – Career Guidance Consultant and Cross-border Recruiter who applies SDS, MBTI, Gallup Strength Finder, Matrix-22, and Socionics’ physiognomic.
