We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy (b2b). The aim is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Proficiency in German = C1
You are positive team-player
Ability to take initiative and produce results
Efficient cooperation with our talented team
Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Open-minded with a strive for personal development
Fast learner and passion for sales
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to build rapport
Nice to have:
Previous experience in sales
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Ability to learn new technologies
Spoken English
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Ensure the availability of our tech experts for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Suggest and carry out practical actions to deal with issues
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
