We are looking for a mature Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing operations of our German software company as well as develop and evolve its marketing strategy and brand awareness on the Western Europe market and its rapid expansion.
You will be in charge of leading our marketing campaigns towards the great success of our solutions for companies and enterprises mainly based in DACH countries. Our Headquarter is based in Koln therefore our mission is to provide 'quality made in Germany' through our products and services.
Requirements
At least 3 years of work experience as a Marketing Manager, that can be confirmed by certain results: audience growth, conversions increase, successful deals etc.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
You have proven successful experience promoting IT-products or services
Advanced English level both verbal and written
Having practical knowledge of working with various digital marketing channels and tools
Deep understanding of reporting and analysis tools, skill to consolidate data from various sources
Extensive marketing and performance marketing knowledge, understanding marketing and sales funnels, conversion, traffic channels
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools: e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
A strong analytical mindset that makes decisions based on numbers, not gut-feelings
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Positive team-player who can convey complex information in an easy way
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Nice to have
Upper-intermediate German
Familiarity with SaaS products and outstaff/outsource business models
Responsibilities
Create and optimize marketing strategy based on the business goals of the company to promote its products
Calculating the required marketing budget based on strategy
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs
Contractors management
Search for new channels and sources to attract a targeted audience and grow them
Analyze existed audience behaviour to find new ideas and vectors for future product development
Conduct market and competitive research, analyze customers' demands and behaviour
Setup and execute on user acquisition and retention marketing strategies, in close cooperation with the internal team as well as with external partners to deliver on strategic initiatives
Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
