Your responsibilities:
You will present company services to clients from Western Europe
Manage the Team of 5 Talents: Web Developer (contractor), Lead Gen, PR, Digital Manager and Copywriter
Set tasks to Lead Gen regarding ICP: NGOs, and other international institutions
Engage B2B clients, arrange and facilitate meetings and negotiations
Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients
Cooperate with Producers and other Heads of Departments
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ inquiries
Brief potential clients, participate in pre-sales activities
Prepare commercial/referral offers
Achieve sales targets: realistically 3-5 contracts per month
Bring partnership projects to agreement, B2B support at all stages of cooperation
Manage client documentation
Maintain accurate monthly reporting with support of finance department
Monitor competitors, analyze market prices, and contribute to our service portfolio
Track special dates, events, and opportunities to communicate with partners
Participate in work meetings, develop and implement projects related to new business activities
Key requirements:
3+ years of success in Project Management/Account or Business Development
Talent to spot opportunities that drive business growth
Negotiation skills that guarantee favorable outcomes
Productivity in task management and coordination
Success in B2B client management
Good presentation skills
Nice to have:
Experience with Marketing, Video Production, or NGO
Hands-on experience in Clutch and LinkedIn
Familiarity with ClickUp and Pipedrive
