Requirements
• 3+ years of proven success as a Personal/Family Assistant
• Work US hours to support the CEO & family based in the USA
• Balance business priorities with family and lifestyle tasks
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and EI skills
• Ukrainian and Fluent English B2-C1
Responsibilities
• Your mission – become the right hand to the CEO and his family
• Ensuring their lives run smoothly and elegantly
• Own the calendar: meetings, travel, schedules, global coordination
• Handle high-level communication: emails, negotiations, VIP contacts
• Make luxury experiences happen
• Protect privacy with discretion
Task Examples
• Coordinate moving personal belongings USA ⇄ EU
• Book front-row seats for Fashion Week in Milan
• Arrange the perfect gift and Parisian bouquet
• Secure a dream villa in Tuscany for a year
• Find a personal wellness retreat in Bali
• Find a reliable chef, driver, and nanny
• Organize a VIP party in Miami
