Responsibilities:
Eliminate routine: create a distraction-free environment for the family
Travel hacking: anything and everything related to seamless travel and living in new locations — flights, visas, corona regulations, local area information
Accommodations: hotels, Airbnb (deep studying and analysis is essential)
Nutrition: ensure healthy and tasty food sources, deliveries, and restaurants
Events: organize exclusive private dinners and multi-day retreats in unique locations managing everything from identifying the location to managing menu and entertainment
Organization: ensure the family stays on top of the most critical meetings and nothing falls through the crack
Vendors: managing any interactions with vendors like credit cards, insurance, telecom, etc.
Research: research and identify the best products, vendors, and services
Scheduling: assist with booking meetings
