3+ years of experience in outbound Lead Generation (LG) in IT Service
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Successful track record of developing and executing outbound LG campaigns
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for developing LG practices to establish consistent leads flow
Prior experience in Outstaff / Outsource / Managed Services

Develop and implement outbound LG strategies to generate new leads
Plan and execute LG campaigns across various channels: email, social media, cold calling, etc.
Qualify and analyze leads: identify their needs
Communicate with potential clients primarily through a written form (oral communication — is a big plus)
Tailor individual communication strategies for each client: create effective proposal messages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets, including messaging, landing pages, and email templates
Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
Continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates, lower cost per lead, and better ROI
Work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure effective lead management
Adherence to MQL and SQL qualifications and follow-up
