Team Leader: Senior Market Research Analyst

Location: Remote


Are you a seasoned Market Research Analyst with a passion for driving impactful research? The International Consumer Market Research Company (ICMRC) is seeking such a dynamic individual to join them as a Manager or even as a Team Leader



  • Experience: At least 2-3 years in Market Research Analysis

  • Quantitative Research: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience

  • Research Methods: Proficiency in Statistical Analysis, Sampling Principles, and the ability to interpret large amounts of data

  • Communication: Smooth interaction with clients and the research team

  • Literacy: Mastery of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian C2 and English B2-C1


Nice to have:

  • Leadership: Prior experience in leading teams and presenting conclusions of clients' business needs will give you a competitive edge

  • Passion: An interest in SPSS, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or R, along with project management experience, will be advantageous

  • Education: A background in sociology, social sciences, or marketing will be highly valued

  • Detail-oriented and an organized self-starter

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills



  • Client Interaction: Analyze client requests, prepare relevant proposals, and communicate with Ukrainian and Foreign clients

  • Research Management: Participate in research design development, manage multiple research projects simultaneously, and collaborate with the team

  • Data Analysis: Conduct data array analysis, monitor fieldwork implementation, and prepare analytical reports

  • Present: Conduct presentations and debriefings, and present research results to clients

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to product development and improve reporting formats
