Requirements:
At least 2-3 years in Market Research Analysis
2-3 years of work experience in Quantitative Research
Methods of Quantitative Research: Statistical Analysis, Sampling Principles, etc.
Excellent communication skills with Clients and Research Team
Excellence in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint
Ukrainian C2 and English B2
Competitive advantage:
Work experience in Qualitative Research /with the results of qualitative research
Hands-on experience in presentations with conclusions of clients’ business needs
Education: sociology, social sciences, or marketing
Interest in SPSS / Microsoft Power BI / Tableau / R
Project management experience

Responsibilities:
Analyze client requests and prepare a relevant proposal
Participate in research design development
Manage simultaneously from 3 to 4–5 research projects
Communicate with Ukrainian and Foreign Clients
Conduct Presentations and Debriefings
Selection and development of research tools
Monitoring fieldwork implementation
Collaborate with a Team
Data Arrays Analysis
Prepare analytical reports
Present research results to clients
Contribute to product development and improve reporting formats
Work week: Monday-Friday, from 10 am to 7 pm (Kyiv time)
