German IT company is looking for a positive, accurate, and meticulous operations manager who will create space for the inevitable achievement of all business targets according to planned activities.
We need you to ensure a smooth running of the company’s processes, and daily operations of cross-functional teams: Digital Marketing, Sales, HR/Recruitment, IT Academy, IT consulting/outstaff, and outsource/managed services. You`ll be the one who makes internal team surveys, coordinates overall teams plans, tasks, milestones, achievements to provide centralized reports and insights to the CEO
Requirements:
At least 3 years in IT operations management
You have a proven track record of successfully managing projects
Mastery in explaining goals for the team to complete tasks successfully
You can set up and optimize processes by using OKRs and ROI analytics
Experience in making dashboards and reporting to ensure a clear & high performance
Outstanding talent in leveraging team workloads to hit goals before deadlines
Hands-on experience with project management soft: Asana, Trello, etc.
You know how to explain efficiently what must be done well
You possess strong communication and organizational skills
You are master in delegating tasks in a positive manner
You have strong data and analytical capacity
Nice to have:
Understanding of B2B product marketing: PPC, SMM, ORM, SEO, etc.
Familiarity with QA/QA Automation
German language is a competitive advantage, but not necessary
Responsibilities:
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way
Oversee operations and day to day activities
Improve operational management systems and processes
Update and implement efficient processes and policies
Implement best practices to interact between teams
Lead processes of setting up goals and OKRs
Setup communication flow between the teams
Schedule and coordinate team meetings, make notes and documentation
Collect and analyze information
Reporting and OKRs tracking
Researches within specific areas
Prepare presentations and communicate findings from initiatives to management and the broader organization
Work closely with company’s infrastructure
Share best practices and lessons learned with the team
