Requirements
3+ years of success supporting an entrepreneur/business leader
Flexibility to work in US time zones to support the CEO based in the USA
Strong negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
Talent for juggling business and personal matters with ease
Ukrainian and fluent English C1
Responsibilities
Own the calendar: meetings, travel, private matters, global coordination
Handle communication: emails, negotiations, follow-ups, high-level contacts
Arrange and coordinate international travel support for the CEO and his family
Stay calm under pressure: handle last-minute changes, fast decisions, deadlines
Schedule Zoom meetings for Scrum teams and stay informed about their progress
Protect privacy: manage confidential business and personal info
Create order: plan ahead and keep things running smoothly
