We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO to help him with variety of tasks: from administration and Google search to business negotiations and procurement (mainly in the USA and China). This role is a great opportunity to dive deep into absolutely new era of technology. Ultimately, you will contribute to business efficiency to make the world a better place.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant
Ability to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Stress resistance and getting things done approach
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy
Patience, tact, and a keen eye for detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking
A creative mind for problem-solving
English B2+, Ukrainian native
Nice to have:
Advanced Google search skill
Familiarity with Google Search Operators
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among CEO, employees, clients, contractors, external partners
Google searching and putting together all the necessary data
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Procurement negotiations with contractors and suppliers
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Communicate with other departments, clients and contractors via different messengers, emails, etc.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
