Procurement Analyst (Luxembourg)

Location /relocation: Luxembourg


We support Ukrainians, and we are looking for Procurement Analyst in EMEA


Requirements:

  • Outstanding analytical capability, plus the demonstrated ability to maintain a helicopter view and see the broader business

  • Good command of database interrogation and data manipulation and MS Office, especially Excel (dynamic pivot table)

  • Business fluency in written and spoken English is essential

  • Strong commercial understanding and insight and an appreciation of the value of Business Intelligence

  • Interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate at all levels within a complex matrix organization is crucial

  • Critical mindset and attention to detail

  • Can-do attitude: commitment to achieving results and seeing tasks through to completion

  • University degree in Finance, Business/Economics, or Engineer

Competitive advantage:

  • Experience with Macro and Power BI

  • Knowledge of Purchasing or affinity with the industry

  • Franch language


Responsibilities:

Raw Material Analytics and Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate monthly data for polymer purchases across the Group and publications indexes (Resin BI), supporting the development of the Raw Material Strategy and monitoring its execution and performance

Procurement Analytics and Reporting

  • Support the EMEA Procurement team with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with the different functions

  • Establish a monthly performance review process and report with the Procurement team tracking progress on savings and highlighting potential risks to achieve Group targets

Procurement Performance Methodology

  • Participate in the definition and the improvement of the Procurement performance methodology

  • Ensure the performance methodology is understood and empowered by all internal stakeholders

Performance Management Continuous Improvement and Process Capabilities

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes and business intelligence tools, including automation initiatives, collaborating with IT teams to enhance performance
