We are looking for a French-speaking Project Manager to join our small and friendly team of 10 IT enthusiasts. You will work remotely for the French IT company that creates beautiful designs and develops websites for Luxury Segment in Medical Services, eCommerce, and CRMs
Requirements
French B2-C1 (written and verbal) + English (nice to have)
Native Ukrainian, or at least Russian C1
You are a leader who can organize, motivate and inspire your team
Detail-oriented — you pay attention even to small particulars
Work experience in team management or coordination
You possess proactive and predictive thinking
You are highly organized and self-disciplined
You can find out-of-box solutions
Competitive advantage
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Proven work experience in project management in the IT sector
Hands-on experience with admin panel: WordPress / Prestashop / WooCommerce
Confident user of such CRM systems as Trello, etc.
Familiarity with such online services as Figma
Responsibilities
Communication with customers and the team at all stages of project development
Match internal resources and third parties for flawless projects execution
Coordinate between clients and the Manager of DevTeam
Draw up a project plan, prioritize tasks, required resources, and optimize workflows
Conduct independent testing of the product, and provide technical specifications for the tester
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
