Requirements:
5+ years of success in business assistance
Ability to grasp the CEO’s ideas quickly and expand on them
Outstanding time management skills and a can-do attitude
Consistently thorough in big-picture tasks and finer details
Clear, engaging, and diplomatic communication style
Excellence in planning software
Ukrainian along with English C1
Nice to have:
Understanding of finances, project management, and business development
You have a positive mindset, good taste in art, restaurants, and travel
High IQ and EQ to anticipate needs and handle nontrivial situations
Good knowledge of business etiquette
Experienced in travel support
Responsibilities:
Be available during 100% time of the CEO's calendar
Proactively handle scheduling, ensuring meetings, calls, and priorities
Create efficient "reminders" to the CEO about all important events of the day
Ensure he stays on top of the most critical events and nothing falls through the crack
Oversee negotiations, contract signing, follow-ups, and timely communication with clients and stakeholders
On behalf of the CEO, prepare and process relevant info materials, and joint reports
Track progress on agreements and liaise with teams to meet timelines and objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for VIPs, ensuring high-quality relationship management
Assist with personal tasks as needed, providing peace of mind for CEO and his family
Plan, organize, and manage all travel arrangements for business and personal travel
Suggest to CEO topical international events/exhibitions/conferences
Ensure comfort – make all processes smooth and cozy
Observe 8 Scrum Teams
You will receive:
Salary: $1800 – 3000 USD
