SMM Manager (remote)

We are looking for a SMM manager-contractor to represent our company by developing a social media presence of our brands/products in the US market. The aim is to acquire new followers and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content.

Skills & Experience:

  • You have min 2 years of work experience in SMM and Brand Management on social media

  • Hands-on experience with SMM campaigns aimed for native English-speakers

  • Advanced English and Russian

  • Excellent content creation, writing and copywriting

  • E-mail marketing skills

  • Ability to adjust voice for each social media platform

  • Proven ability to build social media communities

  • Skilled in Photoshop, Google and Facebook ads

  • A/B testing for marketing campaigns and landing pages, analysis for improvement

  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns

  • Self-organizing and time management skills - ability to multi-task

  • Real knowledge in building of multiple sales funnels

  • Design and implementation of marketing campaigns from scratch

  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to details

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills


Nice to have:

  • Understanding CMS platforms: Shopify/WordPress or similar

  • Experience in websites development with associated knowledge of HTML/CSS

  • Onsite and offsite SEO strategy management

  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment


General Tasks:

  • Create and maintain new social pages

  • Upgrade selling websites

  • Create website content aligned to the organization's strategy

  • Cooperation with Designer and Product Owner

  • Find the best ways to increase traffic to the selling website/s and Amazon listings

  • Manage corporate pages on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

  • Stimulate conversations for brand promotion

  • Engage our online communities by responding to comments across all platforms

  • Level up brand/s awareness by engaging relevant influencers

  • Your thoughts and ideas help our business to reach new levels and make our clients happier and more satisfied


Monday-Friday tasks:

  • 2 Website Blog Posts

  • 1 Amazon Post for multiple products

  • 1 Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter post

  • 2 Facebook posts and Stories

  • 1 Instagram post / 2 Stories on Instagram

  • 1 «word-of-mouth» giveaway / WEEKLY

  • 1 «VALUE» email to subscribers / WEEKLY

  • 1 news-letter / WEEKLY
