We’re looking for a forward-thinking HRG to build people operations from scratch and empower a team of 20+ remote developers to thrive. This is your chance to bring your vision to life, shape culture, and become a strategic partner to the CEO. Until now, HR responsibilities have been led by the CEO—now we’re ready for a true People Champion!
Your Mission:
As our first and only HR hire, you’ll lay the foundation for all HR processes – from onboarding to performance reviews
Elevate employee experience and remote culture
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and team members
Own the full HR lifecycle while making data-informed, people-first decisions
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as HRG in remote tech environment
Proven ability to build systems from scratch
Solid knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and remote work best practices
Performance management, engagement, and employee development
You know how to support people, not just processes
Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence
Comfortable using modern platforms and tools
Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate English B2+
Employer branding experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities:
Build and lead all HR operations across the employee journey
Develop and implement core HR policies, procedures, contracts, and benefits
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation of newbies
Launch and manage performance review systems and career growth paths
Create employee engagement and retention strategies
Partner with leadership to shape people strategy and team structure
Launch HR branding initiatives to attract like-minded talent
Plan team-building events and virtual culture moments
Support in documentation and internal processes
Act as the voice of the team, ensuring well-being, clarity, and connection
