We’re looking for a forward-thinking HRG to build people operations from scratch and empower a team of 20+ remote developers to thrive. This is your chance to bring your vision to life, shape culture, and become a strategic partner to the CEO. Until now, HR responsibilities have been led by the CEO—now we’re ready for a true People Champion!

 

 Your Mission:

  • As our first and only HR hire, you’ll lay the foundation for all HR processes – from onboarding to performance reviews

  • Elevate employee experience and remote culture

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and team members

  • Own the full HR lifecycle while making data-informed, people-first decisions

 

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as HRG in remote tech environment

  • Proven ability to build systems from scratch

  • Solid knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and remote work best practices

  • Performance management, engagement, and employee development

  • You know how to support people, not just processes

  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence

  • Comfortable using modern platforms and tools

  • Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate English B2+ 

  • Employer branding experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead all HR operations across the employee journey

  • Develop and implement core HR policies, procedures, contracts, and benefits

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and adaptation of newbies

  • Launch and manage performance review systems and career growth paths

  • Create employee engagement and retention strategies 

  • Partner with leadership to shape people strategy and team structure

  • Launch HR branding initiatives to attract like-minded talent

  • Plan team-building events and virtual culture moments

  • Support in documentation and internal processes

  • Act as the voice of the team, ensuring well-being, clarity, and connection
