Requirements:
4+ years of successful work experience as a BDR/SDR/Outbound Sales Hunter
Hands-on experience in IT Outsource with at least 200 Developers on board
Successful B2B and Enterprise level sales/closed deals in the USA or EU
Excellent communication and presentation skills — you express tech and non-tech concepts clearly and concisely
You can interpret complex “IT language” and speak attractive human “customer language”
Success in outbound B2B sales of IT services to clients who operate in highly competitive businesses
Lead generation: LinkedIn, social media, prof platforms, online-offline events
Proven organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Emotional intelligence and empathy toward clients
Good business knowledge and management skills
Highly professional business English C1-C2

Responsibilities:
Tailor individual communication strategies for each client
Negotiate deals and sell IT services to prospective clients
Prospect daily: identify potential new customers, connect with decision-makers
Follow up with prospective clients and ensure seamless information transition
Communicate and build strong relationships with clients
Develop sales strategy and onboard new clients
Build relationships with industry professionals, competitors, and vendors
Stay proactive, organized, and handle work in a stressful environment
Network with employees from other companies and potential clients
Run market research: customer trends and market competition
Keep favorable business relationships to ensure future sales
Plan well for the company’s financial success
Stay up to date with overall business trends
Benefits:
Base salary: $3600 − $4900 + Commission: 5%→7%→10%
