Responsibilities
Source STEM educational products from China (80%), EU, US
Scout and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms
Calculate product cost + logistics cost (together with Logistician)
Participate in profit-based decision-making for new import items
Negotiate deals and build efficient relationships with suppliers
Prepare complete import documentation: invoices, agreements, etc.
Manage end-to-end import operations for Ukraine's education market
Monitor market trends and identify new product opportunities
Build long-term partnerships with reliable manufacturers
Ensure compliance with Ukrainian import regulations
Coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery
Requirements
3+ years importing from China
Strong knowledge of import docs and customs procedures
Self-motivated, organized, highly-reliable
Ukrainian and English B1 or higher
Nice to have
Existing relevant supplier network in target markets
Experience with educational equipment
Successful sourcing from EU/US
Offer
Base salary: ₴40,000/month + % of profit
