Business Development Lead: Inbound Sales & Premium Design

The clients are already coming – ultra-high-net-worth individuals and leading developers across three continents. Your job is to convert, retain, and grow.

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years in VIP account management, B2B sales, or BizDev

  • A track record of closing significant deals and turning clients into long-term partners

  • Background in architecture, design, or luxury — a serious advantage

  • Naturally charismatic. Deeply structured. Calm when it matters most

  • Experience with clients from Europe, the US, or the Middle East

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Languages: Ukrainian and Fluent English C1

 

Responsibility   

  • Lead client conversations in English from first contact to signed contract. Present the company, portfolio, and value proposition. Prepare clients before key negotiation stages alongside the CEO

  • Own pricing, margins, and commercial policy. Drive proposal quality. Identify gaps and continuously sharpen the sales process

  • Lead 2 Client Managers. Oversee contract coordination and legal alignment. Ensure seamless handover of signed projects to the delivery team

  • Be the trusted advisor your clients didn't know they needed. Anticipate needs, resolve concerns before they surface, and build relationships that bring clients back — project after project
