The product already serves designers, architects, 3D artists, and developers around the world, particularly in the US and Europe. Now we are looking for a Growth PM who can analyze user behavior, identify the strongest product use cases, and turn insights into measurable growth

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Own and improve core product metrics: activation,  retention,  conversion,  LTV,  CAC,  ARPU, Time-to-Value and NPS, identifying the factors that drive their growth or decline

  • Analyze user behavior, cohorts and funnels to identify bottlenecks in the product journey and opportunities for growth

  • Design and run A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes

  • Improve onboardingin-product communication and educational content to increase activation and expand the user “interest window”

  • Research user needs and usage patterns to define product bundles and software combinations for different professional scenarios

  • Propose UX and interface improvements based on product analytics and session analysis tools: UXCam, FullStory or similar

  • Translate insights from analytics and user research into clear product requirements and priorities for the development team

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, QA and HR to plan releases, improve product adoption and support go-to-market initiatives

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis across SaaS, IaaS and cloud platforms to identify opportunities for differentiation

  • Track product performance through dashboards and KPI systems and contribute to scaling the product in US and European markets

 

REQURED

  • 7+ years in product management, ideally in early-stage or 0→1 environments

  • SaaS B2C/B2B experience: subscription economics, activation loops, churn

  • Proven track record of turning product vision into measurable business outcomes

  • Deep understanding of Product/Market Fit: search, validate, iterate

  • Strong analytical skills: cohort/funnel analysis, behavioral data, A/B testing

  • Ability to connect product strategy with unit economics and monetization

  • Experience aligning engineering, design, and commercial teams around priorities

  • High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort with ambiguity

  • Nice to have: experience in EdTech or cloud gaming

  • Ukrainian + fluent English

High ownership role. Team communicates actively, sometimes in the evening.
