Requirements:
5+ years of success in business assistance
Ability to grasp the CEO’s ideas quickly and expand on them
Outstanding time management skills and a can-do attitude
Consistently thorough in big-picture tasks and finer details
Clear, engaging, and diplomatic communication style
Ukrainian along with English C1
Nice to have:
High IQ and EQ to handle complex, high-pressure situations with grace
You have a positive mindset, good taste in art, restaurants and travel
Understanding of project management and business development
Good knowledge of business etiquette
Personality:
Highly organized with a knack for spotting what others might miss
Natural caretaker and problem-solver with a service-first mindset

Responsibilities:
Be CEO’s go-to person, ensuring every detail of his calendar is meticulously managed
Proactively schedule meetings, calls, and reminders to keep priorities in check
Ensure critical deadlines are met and no opportunities slip through the cracks
Represent CEO in communications, negotiations and follow-ups with VIP clients
Track the progress of agreements, ensuring all teams are aligned with goals and timelines
Suggest and plan attendance at key international events, exhibitions and conferences
Prepare reports, presentations and materials that reflect the CEO’s vision
All travel arrangements—business and personal—to ensure comfortable journeys
Handle personal tasks as needed, providing peace of mind to the CEO and his family
Ensure comfort in all processes—making things smooth and effective
Be available during 100% time of the CEO's calendar
You will receive:
Salary: $1800 – $3300
