Business Development Manager: SaaS

Are you a passionate and optimistic B2B Sales Hunter who would love to join the SaaS Product Company with European Management?

You will be trained by the Founder who has vast experience in sales and created the SaaS product with an App — so you will learn the product and be oriented on the EU Market. Also, it is an excellent opportunity for someone who is already experienced in B2B sales and plans to switch to IT World.



  • You have at least two years in B2B Sales

  • Successful experience in gaining and sales targets

  • Active Sales Hunter mentality in your DNA

  • Lead generation: LinkedIn, social media, professional communities

  • Proficiency in cold calling and product presentation

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

  • Willing to find and outreach prospective clients

  • Passion for sales and love for high-income

  • Ukrainian and English B2-C1


Nice to have:

  • Presentation skill: express new concepts concisely and clearly

  • You are perfect at creating bonds and rapport with clients

  • Prior experience with enterprise clients or Tele Sales

  • Gaining new customers in Poland and Europe

  • You will present the company’s offer and close the deal

  • Generate leads through research, networking, and cold-calling

  • You only close new clients: no nurturing or "farming"

  • Prospect daily: identify new potential customers

  • Come through "Gatekeepers" to Decision-Makers

  • Connect with Founders, Owners, CEOs, VPs, etc.

  • Stay proactive, organized and handle work in a dynamic environment

  • Qualify new business opportunities and get meetings with prospects

  • Approach new clients and introduce them to our SaaS solution

  • Constantly upkeep your network


  • Base salary: €1K from the start, and €2000 after you sell for €1K + Bonus: 100% from each first closed contract (including its further expansion to other corporate affiliations in other countries)

About the Company and Product:

The Company is a European technological start-up, a joint-stock company (founded in 2017) that has two rounds of financing by investment funds and several individual investors. We already have big corporate clients in Europe, Africa and Asia.


The Product is a no-code SaaS platform for automating task distribution for Deskless Workers in multiple locations. It allows many employers to create tasks, training, and information packages and then delegate them to the right people at the right time in the right place and receive feedback. Employees receive prioritized tasks with clear guidelines in the Mobile App. Many retailers and restaurants already use this application for operational checklists, incident recordings, audits, price checks, and promo readiness in their stores. Service companies report installations and service visits. Food processing factories report food safety—among existing clients Shell, Auchan, and many middle and small businesses: Petrol stations, Beauty and Drugstores, Fashion, FMCG retail, Non-food retail, Utilities and industry, Transport and Logistics.

Recruitment process:

1.   Initial video call with External Recruiter

2.   Business interview with the Founder

3.   Final interview with the CTO
