Location: Kyiv center, 50% remote
As the Head of Digital Marketing (DM)/Lead Marketer, you will define and implement our DM and growth programs. This is not a typical b2c marketing role – it requires a blend of strategic thinking and execution skills. In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (including product management, sales, and branding) this role develops strategic assessments for our multiple brands and manages the business against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives.
Who you are as a professional:
3+ years in high-growth, B2C eCommerce or product companies
5+ years in managerial/lead positions in marketing
Worked with eCommerce instruments
Capable of working with multiple brands
Have demonstrable experience in positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share
Have an established track record in spearheading successfully integrated product launches with measurable results
Practice an ROI-driven approach to marketing and strong attention to detail
Have practical ability to dive into a product and promote features, use cases, and value propositions to customers
Deeply use data analysis and other tools to make critical decisions and recommendations to help the company achieve its objectives and goals
You have been launching large-scale advertising campaigns and worked with influencers
Advanced English level, both verbal and written
Nice to have:
Successful eCommerce case in the English-speaking market
Previous experience or clear understanding of PPC, SMM, targeting, SEO, website management, E-mail marketing, Fb/Ig, and Google Ads
Excellent knowledge in sales funnels building
What will you be doing:
You will work directly with the CEO and fully own our omnichannel online presence and customer acquisition programs. To be successful, you can start to hire your professional team, which will include highly accomplished marketers with a passion for B2C eCommerce.
Build and lead the team of the bests. Team-management: staff acquisition, goal setting, monitoring, results analysis, business processes development, and motivation
Co-create and own the go-to-market strategy for new products & features. You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop omnichannel marketing strategies, and measure adoption. You will also conduct customer research and apply your insights to these and other initiatives.
Form and control the marketing budget for omnichannel marketing initiatives. Build business models and unit economies and influence key company metrics with marketing tools.
