Content Manager (eCommerce, USA)

Location: Remote

We are looking for a qualified Content Manager to join our E-commerce team. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to raise our brand awareness, increasing the purchasing of our products (household electrical devices).

Our ideal candidate should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and positive customer experience.


  • 3+ years in content management for English-speaking audience

  • Excellent content creation and writing skills

  • Knowledge of SMM, SEO and web traffic metrics

  • English Native or C1+

  • Experience with graphic design programs

  • Able to address message for each social media platform

  • Positive team-player with excellent communication skills

  • Self-organized with proven ability to multi-task

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to details

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills


  • eCommerce marketing aimed for the USA

  • Skilled in Photoshop, Canva or any other graphic service

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, website management, and E-mail marketing

  • Successful Facebook/Instagram campaigns


  • Develop content aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

  • Address catching messages for each social media platform: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn; TikTok, YouTube…

  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade selling websites of material products

  • Optimize content according to SEO

  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics

  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic

  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)

  • Oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience

  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

Monday-Friday tasks:

  • 1 Website Blog Article

  • 3-4 Facebook / Instagram post and stories

  • 2 Pinterest, and 1 LinkedIn

  • 1 TikTok and YouTube (will be a competitive advantage)

  • 1 Amazon post for multiple products

  • 1 «word-of-mouth» giveaway / WEEKLY

  • 1 «VALUE» email to subscribers / WEEKLY

  • 1 news-letter / WEEKLY
