We seek an experienced Chatbot Conversation Script Writer to help our US eCommerce project to write selling scripts to interact with our customers via Facebook messenger.
Are you passionate about conversational technologies like chatbots?
Do you love writing interactive scripts that really catch attention?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in conversation design and/or sales automation
English C1+ is a must
Experienced at building complex conversational interactions
Hands-on experience developing interaction models using chatbot conversational platforms
Understanding of FB Messenger or others
NICE to HAVE:
Hands-on experience with chatbots
Previous experience in sales and/or eCommerce
BD in cognitive science, linguistics, or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design conversation scripts for our selling chatbot (we mainly use FB Messenger)
Write scripts for efficient and positive conversational experiences that align with best practices and brand
Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and how to solve it
Work directly with integrator to build and iterate on your designs
When needed, design and lead different types of testing (A/B, focus groups, usability testing), synthesize results, and iterate based on results to ensure customer-centric and highly usable products
Act as a design liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support
