We are looking for a mature Digital Marketing Manager to join a German IT company remotely to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Also, we need you to evolve our marketing strategy and brand awareness in the EU market, especially in DACH. Our headquarter is based in Koln therefore, so we hope you will support our mission to provide the best "quality made in Germany" through our products and services
Key skills:
At least 4 years of work experience in digital marketing that can be confirmed by certain results: audience growth, conversions increase, b2b deals, etc.
You are a positive team player who can convey complex information in an easy way
Proven success in an advertisement of IT services and talent acquisition campaigns
Excellence in setting up and optimizing Google, FB/IG, and LinkedIn ads
You possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to fruition
A strong analytical mindset that makes decisions based on numbers, not gut-feelings
Solid knowledge in market research and analytics tools: Google Analytics, etc.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
You understand what is a good design and can easily create a mockup
Fluent English and Russian, both verbal and written
Nice to have:
Extensive knowledge in performance/growth marketing, sales funnels, conversion, traffic channels
Hands-on experience with reporting tools – you can consolidate data from various sources
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Familiarity with Outstaff & Outsource business models
German language is a competitive advantage
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all relevant digital marketing activities
Create and optimize marketing strategy based on the business goals of the company to promote its services
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)
Setting up and optimizing Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn ads
Contribute to Employer Branding, Clients and Talents Acquisition
Search for new channels and sources to attract a targeted audience and grow them
Conduct market and competitive research, analyze clients’ demands and behaviour
Calculate required marketing budget based on strategy
Design, build and maintain a social media presence
