  • Fluency in Ukrainian, and English at level C1

  • 5+ years of proven success as Personal/Executive Assistant

  • Handling flight arrangements, American Express, leveraging Miles and bonus programs

  • Proficiency in hotel and apartment booking software worldwide

  • Exceptional time management skills and a proactive attitude

  • Commitment to maintaining utmost confidentiality

  • Mastery of Google programs: Calendars, Forms

  • Positive mindset coupled with a discerning taste in art, cuisine, and travel

  • Schedule management: meticulously plan CEO’s calendar

  • Organization: ensure CEO remains informed and prepared for critical engagements

  • Agilely coordinate 8 Scrum Teams (2-3 talents) for optimal collaboration

  • Travel coordination: handle all aspects of seamless travel arrangements

  • Documentation: prepare and process info materials and reports on behalf of CEO

  • Event insights: recommend relevant international exhibitions and conferences

  • Comfort assurance: ensure smooth and cozy processes for all stakeholders

  • Zoom call attendance: provide concise reports on meeting outcomes


Personal assistance:

  • Facilitate family travel arrangements: flight bookings, accommodations, and transport

  • Explore and recommend new dining experiences, premium hotels, and architectural marvels

  • Arrange appointments for SPA treatments, massages, and personal services

  • Procure and deliver food, gifts, and household items as required

  • Source and purchase branded items and clothing

  • Assist in visa applications and documentation
