Executive Assistant (Personal Growth)

Location: remote

We are looking for a special person who will join our administrative team and support the mission in providing direct support to the CEO and our team in a multitude of areas remotely. This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, highly organized, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a “can-do” working style.


  1. At least 1 year of proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role

  2. English level C1-C2

  3. Passion for psychology, consciousness, spirituality, health, positive-thinking and well-being

  4. You are a proactive and flexible individual, able to work without significant direction and/or context

  5. Has exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written

  6. You are relentlessly resourceful – no problem is unsolvable for you

  7. Tech-savvy in a way you use technology to stay productive and efficient

  8. You are unflappable – stress or a bit of chaos doesn’t even cause you to blink

  9. You are detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

  10. High intelligent and can execute effectively with little guidance

  11. You are an easy-going person with a good sense of humour and “can do”, encouraging attitude

  12. Strong emphasis on follow through and closing the loop

  13. You are ready for hectic schedule changes

  14. You are highly responsive and trustworthy


A) Support to CEO

  1. Travel – anything and everything related to creating seamless travel and living in a new location - flights, visas, COVID regulations, accommodation, healthy food sources, local area information

  2. Organization – ensure the CEO stays on top of the most critical projects, meetings, relationships, and nothing fall through the cracks

  3. Vendors – managing any interactions with vendors like credit cards, insurances, telecom, etc.

  4. Research – research and identify the best products, vendors, or services

  5. Scheduling – assist with booking meetings with all types of stakeholders and vendors

  6. Relationship management – do what is necessary to proactively manage relationships with a large network of people

B) Events

  1. Offline – organize exclusive private dinners and multi-day retreats in uniques locations managing everything from identifying the location to managing guests

  2. Online – organize online events managing everything from identifying the best technology to managing payments

C) Special projects

  1. Lead and execute or assist the team with a diverse set of projects everything from creating content to operations

  2. Research and identify the best products, vendors, or services to solve specific company problems
