We’re looking for Middle, Senior Field Manager, or even Team Lead!


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Market Research / Marketing / Media Agency

  • High level of organizational and time management skills

  • Experience in marketing and/or sociological research

  • Strong communication and negotiation talents

  • Project management skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Ukrainian C2


Competitive advantage:

  • Managerial or Team Leadership experience

  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing

  • Familiarity with Meta, Google and GA4

  • English B1+

  • Independence, responsibility, perseverance and sociability

  • Innovative thinking, solution-oriented mindset and promptness

  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn and apply new skills


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely field assessment (marketing/sociological research) using digital and combined methods

  • Selection and establishment of partnerships with subcontractors for field completion: CATI centers, Mobile Operators, Influencers, Telegram channels, etc.

  • Monitoring panel structure and cooperation with marketing specialists regarding panel health and development

  • Automation of Field Data Collection: Identify areas for further automation to minimize manual work

  • Optimization and expansion of Respondent Incentive Methods

  • Learn and implement best Western practices for panel recruitment and user retention programs

  • Team management and development — optional, according to your level
