Location: remote or Kyiv office
Ukrainian-American company needs a “black belt” Master of Foreign Economic Activity (FEA) to arrange and manage turnkey international logistics and FEA of goods and components for the development, production, and distribution of life-saving products: body armor, modern high-tech military uniforms, tactical equipment, ballistic helmets, accessories, ammunition…
Key requirements:
At least 5 years of successful work experience in FEA or with relevant track records in International Logistics
Fluent English: you’ll actively use written and spoken to solve all kinds of issues
Conversational Ukrainian: to navigate russian ships to the mobiDick
Knowledge of transport legislation of Ukraine and other countries
Excellent understanding of the rules and principles of working with tender procurement, international and domestic transportation, Incoterms, etc.
Your competitive advantage:
Hands-on experience with such markets: China, USA, EU, Turkey
Understanding or Passion/Interest in body armor, military uniform, tactical equipment, accessories, ammunition, etc.

Responsibilities:
Your primary purpose – make turnkey export-import operations of goods movement
Organize goods export (incl military) from China to USA and Ukraine, including transit through EU countries
Prepare yourself all necessary docs for export/import of goods from/to Ukraine, including goods of military purpose: issuance of transit declarations, customs, etc.
Turnkey financial support: payments to foreign companies/manufacturers through financial intermediaries
Lead and ensure the timely movement of goods between the necessary points
Prepare and think through a detailed delivery route
Control the correct storage of goods at intermediate and final points
Analyze the transport services market – make exact cost and time calculations
Search and establish relationships with reliable delivery partners
Force majeure circumstances: customs, train breakdown, road repair, plane delay
Goods must be delivered on time

China/Europe/USA => Ukraine
Ukraine => USA
China => USA
