We are seeking a strategic and dynamic professional Team Leader to drive international sourcing, secure exclusive supplier deals, and inspire a high-performing team. This role combines leadership, negotiation, and market expertise 

Profile

• 5+ years in international procurement, foreign trade, ideally food imports

• You thrive on crafting winning strategies – closing high-value international deals

• Nice to have experience with food products under veterinary control

• Passionate about premium food and quality products

• Curious about international markets and trends

• Fluent Ukrainian and confident English B2

• Able to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals

• Calm under pressure and quick decision-maker

• Inspiring, motivating, and results-oriented

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Confident and persuasive communicator

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of procurement specialists

• Serve as the primary negotiator/closer with European suppliers

• Analyze local and international markets to forecast trends and pricing

• Build and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships

• Coordinate contracts and logistics with internal teams

• Secure exclusive contracts and discover new suppliers

• Shape the company’s international sourcing strategy
