We are looking for a high-performing manager to help us meet our client acquisition and revenue growth targets by selling our amazing body armor and tactical gear products
As the Head of Sales, you will be in charge of building our sales team – a network of sales representatives, and maximizing its potential. In the beginning, you would have a chance to roll up your sleeves to get started by your own closing deals with the biggest distributors
Requirements:
Fluent English (North American accent is preferable)
At least 3 years on a managerial sales role in the US
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Have practical ability to dive into a product, become a champion, and promote features, use cases, and value propositions to customers
A hands-on, "can do" attitude and a drive for outcome-focused performance
Experience in gun/defense industry is an asset
You have good communication and leadership skills
You are passioned or have an interest in “big toys”
You are looking for a single company for 100% commitment and dedication, but not for overemployment and “just another project to try”
Responsibilities:
You will work directly with the CEO / CMO
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by developing and managing the network of sales representatives and/or sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Strategic assessments for our 4 brands and manages the business against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives
Introduce our cool stuff to American gun shops, dealers, and concept stores
Find non-conventional ways to generate and reach leads
