HR Manager

Location: Zhytomyr oblast, Ukraine


We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join and lead the HR Department. Also, you’ll oversee designing company policies, recruitment, and setting objectives for the HR team. To be successful in this role, you need leadership skills and familiarity with HR technology, including payroll systems, talent acquisition, career development activities, training programs, etc.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in the HR managerial position, ideally in the corporate sector or production

  • Leadership and contemporary team management skills

  • Authentic inclination to foster healthy employee relations

  • Solid understanding of Ukrainian Labor Law and practical approach to applying legal solutions to constantly changing business needs

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create effective business relationships

  • Proactive independent personality with strong organizational skills and innovative ideas

  • A positive team player with motivation and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Creativity, ambition, and openness for changes

  • Upper-intermediate English verbal and written

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with HR management software, including payroll systems and ATS

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Organizational Psychology or relevant certification is an asset

  • Knowledge of any European language is a competitive advantage


Responsibilities:

  • Manage department of 6-8 subordinates: HR, People Officers, Recruiters

  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment

  • Deliver full cycle of HR services, including onboarding, individual/team retention tools, training, and development strategies, etc.

  • Help to achieve business objectives and find solutions to business challenges

  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests in a timely manner

  • Initiating and leading organizational development activities

  • Select and implement training and development programs

  • Direct reporting line to HR Director at Headquarter (EU)

  • Oversee HR budgeting and HR cost reporting

  • Improve compensation and benefits plans
