Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience with goods under veterinary control: cheese, meat, dairy

• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian customs legislation and import/export documentation

• Proven successful experience with fresh product categories

• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

• English B2 or higher for supplier negotiations

• Ukrainian for internal communication

• Familiar with Incoterms 2010

Responsibilities

• Manage and place international product orders with overseas suppliers

• Research new products and suppliers, conduct negotiations with foreign partners

• Oversee and prepare documentation for customs clearance of imported goods

• Handle claims and quality issues related to international deliveries

• Monitor settlements and payments with international suppliers

• Supervise and coordinate the logistics of product delivery

• Prepare and execute international trade contracts

• Calculate and control the full import cost of goods
