Successful prior experience as an International Buyer or FTA Manager
Hands-on experience working with China: factories, agents, logisticians
Track record with suppliers from other countries: USA, Europe, Turkey
Excellence in cooperation with suppliers and factories in Ukraine
Strong research skills to find any information and contacts online
Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and forecasting
Positive experience in accounting and procurement planning
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and purchasing software
Business English B2-C1

Responsibilities:
You will work directly with the COO
You will search for factories to place orders
Account and plan purchases of materials for the warehouse
Negotiations with Ukrainian and foreign suppliers
Search and select the best suitable materials` analogs and suppliers
Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality, and determine the best choice
Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for the company
Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the purchase contracts
Forge and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing
Attend events, fairs, and exhibitions to remain up-to-date with the market’s trends
