We support Ukrainians, and we are looking for IT Application Support Analyst
Requirements:
3−8 years of experience in the relevant field
Significant experience in IT Applications of ERP solutions
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
You are a positive team player
Highly competent in ERP solutions within a manufacturing sector
Extensive knowledge of Digital solutions and use within a marketing business to support daily business operations
Experience in supporting a wide application portfolio of services that align with ERP e.g. CRM/MES/MDM/DAM and where required supporting their integration to adjacent services
Experience in interface management where core systems are required to exchange data with adjacent systems e.g. EDI/MES
Ability to collect, document, and clearly identify information system requirements, business processes, and how alignment to master data will deliver expected outcomes on proposed changes
Translate and simplify requirements to create functional specification documents to support development changes to applications
Identify the processes and solution components required to introduce new application capabilities to benefit the business
Document and effectively communicate the results of analysis/findings to team members and management.
Pursue spend analysis, billing checks, and other monitoring to discover issues and propose how to deliver better value and solutions to the organization
Prepare testing scenarios and integration testing when projects and/or changes are being developed
Update user and functional documentation manuals
Implement changes to the application environment
Train or assist with the training of users during project rollout on new application services or extended functionality
Provide 2nd and 3rd level functional support to all application IT services, and if required Level 1 & 2 support to EUT/Infra service
Competitive advantage:

License/ certification/ qualification: ERP/s, MES, Master Data, Business Processes in ERP, Business Finance & Manufacturing knowledge, ITIL, Digital applications development
Job Purpose:
Act as 2nd Line support for business applications
Handle incidents passed from the 1st line team, and escalation from other teams to immediate resolution working via vendors or 3rd line support as required, in line with SLA’s
Support project teams in solution testing and implementation
Ensure service stability (performance, capacity, support, patching) and Continuous Service Improvement goals by identifying areas for improvement
Problem management: Provide suggestions or create tools and processes to remove or reduce reoccurring errors ensuring a high rate of first-time fixes
Responsibilities:
Administration and monitoring behavior of the deployed systems
Produce written documentation to support work performed, report findings, and present to stakeholders when necessary
Make recommendations on system changes considering opportunities & potential risks to further improve usage and alignment with business needs
Ensure that adequate application support is provided according to the agreed processes & Service Level Agreements
Ensure that project documentation is sufficient to provide adequate support to users in the long-run
Ensure correct follow-up of software update policies and escalate to System Analysts & Project Leads or Program Managers when updates are due
Identify training needs and propose training plans to ensure optimal usage of implemented solutions
Support the user community when the recommended changes are deployed, including helping to resolve any issues
Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback or issues into the service/function/product provided
Monitor system capacity, clean up, and mitigate where needed
Work with Infrastructure to ensure patches are implemented timely, with minimal risk, and appropriate testing and rollback procedures
Testing and implementation of applications updates and new equipment
Assists Business Analysts & Project managers in the designs phase
Carry and/or support testing of new and existing applications
Codify common problems into simple knowledge articles that can be handled by 1st line
