Profile

  • 4+ years of proven Key Account Management / FMCG sales experience

  • Established warm contacts with top retail chains: Silpo / Novus / Metro / ATB…

  • In-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian FMCG market and consumer trends

  • Excellent negotiation skills and creative approach to commercial opportunities

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and team collaboration

  • Driving license (B) – readiness for business travel across Ukraine

  • Own car – costs will be compensated

  • Ukrainian + English B1-B2

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales, margin, and quality KPIs across assigned accounts

  • Build, maintain, and expand partnerships with modern retail chains: Silpo, Novus, Metro, ATB, etc.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and promotional activities

  • Co-develop and implement product/category strategies tailored to the Ukrainian market

  • Organize and manage promotional campaigns, from concept to performance analysis

  • Actively contribute to cross-border projects with international colleagues

  • Represent the brand in Ukraine as a professional ambassador

  • Prepare sales budgets and annual account plans
