Location: remote or Kyiv office

Required skills:

  • 2+ years in lead generation on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn

  • Capacity to find new practices and propose the best solutions for LG

  • Ability to cope with large volumes of information

  • English language proficiency at B2-C1 level

  • Ukrainian language: C1-C2 level

Competitive advantage:

  • Prior lead generation experience for Digital or IT products

  • Analyze the competitive environment on Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms

  • Finding potential clients/leads on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Develop and optimize the company's profile on these platforms

  • Qualify and analyze leads: identify their needs

  • Communicate with potential clients primarily through a written form (oral communication – is a big plus)

  • Tailor individual communication strategies for each client

  • Create effective cover letters

  • Optionally participate in client meetings with Sales Manager

  • You will also be responsible for presenting company's products to potential clients in written form and maintaining lead data in CRM Pipedrive system
