Requirements
3+ years in Account Management, Business Assistance, Sales, or Customer Care
You’re a people person with an innate ability to connect with others
Hands-on experience working with clients from the US and EU
Disciplined, and structured in your work approach
Fluent in Ukrainian and English B2 or higher
Nice to have
Previous experience in luxury or international service environment
Might be ideal match for ISTJ, ISFJ, ESTJ personality types
Experience in luxury or international customer care
Responsibility
You will play a key role in supporting the CBDO and commercial department (2 Sales), ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to VIP clientele
Docs Management: Assist in the preparation and organization of commercial proposals, keeping all relevant docs updated
Database: Maintain and update a client database, categorizing clients by status – Permanent, Potential, Interesting, etc.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth, focusing on understanding client needs and tailoring services accordingly
Client Negotiations: Organize and conduct preliminary negotiations with clients, clarify their specific needs, and prepare suitable proposals
Contract Review: Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and company requirements, and accurately reflect the scope of work, obligations and expectations
Budgeting & Pricing: Work closely with the project team to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accounted – establishing competitive yet profitable pricing
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, identify emerging market trends, and provide suggestions for adapting business strategies to stay ahead
Market Research & Strategy: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market rates, offering strategic insights to senior management
Profitability Analysis: Regularly review project costs and profitability to ensure that projects are completed within budget and aligned with financial objectives
Cash Flow & Payment Terms: Oversee cash flow related to project milestones, ensure timely collection of payments, and manage outstanding invoices
Offer
Salary range: $1500 — $1800
