Requirements
4+ years in VIP account management, B2B sales, or BizDev
A track record of closing significant deals and turning clients into long-term partners
Background in architecture, design, or luxury — a serious advantage
Naturally charismatic. Deeply structured. Calm when it matters most
Experience with clients from Europe, the US, or the Middle East
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Languages: Ukrainian and Fluent English C1
RESPONSIBILITY
Client Negotiations & Presentations
Co-lead all client meetings alongside the CEO — from first contact to signed contract
Present the company, portfolio, and value proposition in English
Prepare clients for key negotiation stages and build relationships that bring them back project after project
Commercial Strategy & Pricing
Own pricing, margins, and commercial policy
Drive proposal quality and continuously sharpen the sales process
Report pipeline performance directly to the CEO
Team & Document Management
Lead 2 Client Managers — set standards, oversee client communication, manage performance
Own the full contract lifecycle: preparation, legal alignment, approval, structured handover to the delivery team
Client Onboarding & Retention
Manage onboarding of new clients into the company's workflow
Maintain long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
