Requirements:
2+ years in Marketing / Sociological Research & Analysis
At least one year of experience in Quantitative Research
Methods of Quantitative Research: Statistical Analysis, Sampling Principles, etc.
Excellent communication skills for Clients and Research Team
Proficient in IBM SPSS: distributions, filters, weighting, syntax
Excellence in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint
Ukrainian language: C1-C2 level
Nice to have:
Upper-intermediate-level of English
Hands-on experience in preparing/conducting presentations with conclusions of clients’ needs
Education: sociology, social sciences, or marketing
Interest in Microsoft Power BI / Tableau / R

Responsibilities:
Analyze client requests and prepare a relevant proposal
️Participate in research design development
️Manage simultaneously from 3 to 4-5 research projects
️Communicate with clients – written form in the beginning
️Collaborative with a team of 7 researchers
️Selection and development of research tools
️Monitoring fieldwork implementation
️Data Arrays Analysis
️Prepare analytical reports
️Present research results to clients
️Contribute to product development and improve reporting formats
