Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Marketing / Sociological Research & Analysis

  • At least one year of experience in Quantitative Research

  • Methods of Quantitative Research: Statistical Analysis, Sampling Principles, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills for Clients and Research Team

  • Proficient in IBM SPSS: distributions, filters, weighting, syntax

  • Excellence in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ukrainian language: C1-C2 level

Nice to have:

  • Upper-intermediate-level of English

  • Hands-on experience in preparing/conducting presentations with conclusions of clients’ needs

  • Education: sociology, social sciences, or marketing

  • Interest in Microsoft Power BI / Tableau / R

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requests and prepare a relevant proposal

  • ️Participate in research design development

  • ️Manage simultaneously from 3 to 4-5 research projects

  • ️Communicate with clients – written form in the beginning

  • ️Collaborative with a team of 7 researchers

  • ️Selection and development of research tools

  • ️Monitoring fieldwork implementation

  • ️Data Arrays Analysis

  • ️Prepare analytical reports

  • ️Present research results to clients

  • ️Contribute to product development and improve reporting formats
