🎯Requirements:
At least two years of work experience in recruitment and HR
Strong knowledge and user experience with recruitment tools
Upper-intermediate English is essential for communication with talents worldwide
Positive experience in JD writing / posting and candidates sourcing as well
Growth mindset, curiosity and a can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Clear understanding of entire hiring processes

Responsibilities:
Managing entire life cycle of recruitment: writing JD, sourcing, reviewing profiles, coordinating interviews, interviewing candidates, and helping them with adaptation and onboarding
Mainly, you will recruit for such roles: Digital Marketing, Design and Production, Sales and Customer Support, Project Managers and Coordinators, Seamstresses and Tailors…
Coordinate contract signing with employees according to the type of cooperation, preparing necessary agreements and documents: cooperation/labor contracts, NDA, liability agreements, etc.
Proactive improvement of all recruitment processes
Spot opportunities that need refinement
