We are looking for a mature PM who can level up our physical PL products on Amazon (Germany, UK, EU). We need you to oversee search, launch and development of new mass-market products. Also, you will be in charge of general account health and sales performance.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in Amazon PL company/project
Hands-on experience in launching new products for eCommerce
Tech-savvy in product search and competitor analysis
Understanding how to work with the customer feedback and product reviews to improve customer service, products, and their listings, as well as account performance metrics
Profitability analysis: expenses, сheck of net/gross profit
English B2+, Russian C2 (spoken and written)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Creativity – you can take complex and make it simple
Analytical mindset with genuine attention to details
Outstanding troubleshooting and soft skills
Nice to have
Management and launch of selling accounts
Sales experience on eCommerce platforms
Ability to create and solve cases with Amazon
Creation of product detail pages appealing to the target audience
PPC setup, keywords selection, semantic core, etc.
Responsibilities
Check Seller Central performance and Account health – сheck Seller Account Feedback and remove the negative feedback
Check any open cases on seller central – solve issues, push unsolved
Inventory check: Active listings, Inactive (out of stock), unmerge the ASINs, bans
Check of each listing (detect hijackers)
Check the sales on SellerBoard: A. Dropping sales – analyze the issue for drop and find a solution; B. Increasing sales – increase the price and check the sales performance (if enough on stock)
Check workflow and delegate technical tasks to the customer development manager, graphics designers, PPC, supply chain, acc manager, advertising manager
Use a “repricer” and “splitly” tools to improve sales conversion and maximize profit
Identify competitor products at an early stage and analyze the new product for us
Share interesting product ideas with the CEO
Control of all stages of the launch of new products on EU marketplaces: DE, IT, FR, ES, NL
Suggest optimization to Sourcing and PPC
Improve product SEO: analyze new KW, changing search volume
Identify market trends / Amazon trends
Refunds of the months to the Refunds Table
Money-Back Reports from SellerBoard to Seller Candy
Stay up to date about any new Amazon changes, test and implement them
