  • If you are interested – soon you can become a Head of Recruitment or HRD. There is a precise plan to grow from 50 to 700 people


Key requirements:

  • At least two years of successful work experience in recruitment or HR

  • Strong knowledge and user experience with recruitment tools

  • Positive experience in JD writing/posting and sourcing

  • Clear understanding of the entire hiring processes

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • English B2 and Ukrainian C2

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment: writing JDs, sourcing, reviewing profiles, coordinating interviews, interviewing candidates, helping them with adaptation and onboarding

  • You will recruit for such roles: Marketing, Design, and Production; Sales and Customer Support; Project Managers and Coordinators; FEA Logistics and Account Managers; Seamstresses, Tailors, and Blue-collars…

  • Coordinate contract signing with employees according to the type of cooperation, preparing necessary agreements and docs: cooperation/labor contracts, NDA, liability agreements, etc.

  • Proactive improvement of all recruitment processes
