We want you to implement the best practices to ensure positive customer engagement, experience, and consistency of our 2 brands on the USA market.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in SMM
You know how to address message for each social media platform
Excellent communication skills to express our brand’s views creatively
Ability to deliver creative content: text, image, and video
Excellent copywriting skills and content management
You are an organized self-starter and positive team-player
Proven marketing experience for Tier 1 countries
English B2+
Competitive advantage:
You can make a collaboration with English-speaking influencers successful
Familiarity with web design, SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Experience with Pinterest and YouTube is an asset
Previous experience with eCommerce, Amazon
Responsibilities:
Generate, edit, and publish content daily that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers to take action
Oversee social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Work with influencers and manage social media influencers campaigns
Conducting A/B testing of new approaches
Competitor’s analysis / benchmarking
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner
Joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and 'soft selling' the product by providing support to current and prospective customers
Collaborate with other team-members: PM, Designer, SEO, E-Marketing Manager
Ensure compliance with the law e.g., copyright and data protection
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media tools
Create reports which contain analysis on ROI, and further recommendations
