Currently, we seek an experienced Chatbot Conversation Designer to help our eCommerce company to write sealing scripts for our customers (USA market).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in conversation design and/or sales automation
You have proven natural language design skills
English C1 is a must
Experienced at building complex conversational interactions
Hands-on experience developing interaction models using chatbot conversational platforms
Understanding of FB Messenger and Figma
Experience communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences
NICE to HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in cognitive science, linguistics, or equivalent experience
Previous experience in sales and/or eCommerce
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design conversation scripts for our selling chatbot (we mainly use FB Messenger...)
Write dialog and other related copy for conversational experiences that align with best practices and brand
Analyze transcripts of user interactions and document their mental models and language in order to create grammars and interaction models
Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and how to solve it
Work directly with integrator to build and iterate on your designs
When needed, design and lead different types of testing (A/B, focus groups, usability testing), synthesize results, and iterate based on results to ensure customer-centric and highly usable products
Act as a design liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support
