Chief Marketing Officer: SaaS App

Location: remote


We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision for a successful launch of our SaaS product on the global market and its rapid expansion.


You will be in charge of an enthusiastic marketing team and will lead our marketing efforts towards the great success of our B2B solution for software companies. Our Headquarter is based in Germany therefore our mission is to provide «quality made in Germany» with our products and services worldwide.


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Head Marketing with proven results of audience growth, conversions increase, etc.

  • Successful experience promoting SaaS products

  • Advanced English level both verbal and written

  • Excellent knowledge of working with various digital marketing channels and tools

  • Deep understanding of reporting and analysis tools, skill to consolidate data from various sources

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing, sales funnels, conversion, traffic channels

  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods

  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities

  • A strong analytical mindset that makes decisions based on numbers, not gut-feelings

  • Proactive, responsible, goal-oriented, open-minded


Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize marketing strategy based on the business goals of the company to promote its IT product

  • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation

  • Calculating the required marketing budget based on strategy

  • Team-management: staff acquisition, goal setting and monitoring, result analysis, business processes development and motivation

  • Search for new channels and sources to attract a targeted audience and grow it

  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

  • Analyze existed audience behaviour to find new ideas and vectors for future product development

  • Conduct market and competitive research, analyze customers' demands and behaviour

  • Setup and execute on user acquisition and retention marketing strategies, in close cooperation with the internal team as well as with external partners to deliver on strategic initiatives

  • Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands
