Content Creator

Location: remote

We are looking for a Content Creator to write and post catching information for our software company’s web and social pages. The main responsibilities include writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media. Ultimately, you will help us reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our company, products, and services.


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Technical Writer or similar role

  • Portfolio of published articles

  • Able to address message for each social media platform

  • Positive team-player with excellent communication skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English

  • An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces

  • Time-management skills

  • Familiarity with SEO

  • Self-organized with proven ability to multi-task

  • BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, or relevant field

Nice to have

  • Ideally English is your native language

  • Familiarity with SaaS products and/or outstaff/outsource business models

  • User experience with graphic programs like Photoshop

Responsibilities

  • Research industry-related topics about software testing automation

  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms

  • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products

  • Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts

  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication

  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content

  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

  • Make a picture in graphic redactors e.g. Canva or if you need something more fancy – write a technical task for the Designer

  • Update our website and social media as needed

Weekly content plan

  • Blog: 1 article (1000 - 3000 characters per article)

  • Facebook: 2-3 posts (500-1000 characters per post)

  • LinkedIn: 2 posts (500-1000 characters per post) – rewriting from FB posts
