We are looking for a French or German-speaking specialist with initial knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript (who are able to read the code).You will work for an iconic multinational company to assist clients in the implementation of web-based products.
REQUIRED: citizenship of Ukraine or EU
SKILLS:
Communicate with a client in German or French (B2-C1)
Corporate communication in English
Being able to read & understand HTML / CSS / JavaScript
Troubleshooting skills
Willing to learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template/process
Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, and support
WOULD BE A PLUS:
Understanding CMS platforms at UI level: WordPress / Wix / Joomla or similar
Moderate experience in maintenance of websites with associated knowledge of HTML, JS
Experience working in a B2B environment
Online advertising or AD product experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat, or video conferencing as needed
Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers
Collaborate with the customers on the implementation of web-based products and analytics tracking tags
Give guidance and train customers on how to use the products
Provide support on how to optimize the speed of their mobile website
Employ strong, clear communication skills with your customers and colleagues, displaying your enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
Continuously work on developing and improving your technical and soft skills
Working hours: 9 am — 5 pm, Monday — Friday
